How do I start a deal?
Use the ticket panel, choose your payment currency, fill out the deal details, and Escrowly will open a private escrow thread for both parties and staff.
Who pays the fee?
The buyer pays the fee unless staff states otherwise. Escrowly uses the configured fee policy shown in the server and ticket embeds.
How is the fee calculated?
Escrowly uses the active server fee rule. In this server, the fee is based on the configured minimum and percentage shown in the panel and contract review.
When is a deal considered funded?
A deal is funded only after Escrowly detects the payment and receives the required blockchain confirmation.
Why does my payment say pending or confirming?
That means the blockchain transaction has been seen but is not yet fully confirmed. Escrowly updates the ticket automatically once confirmation is complete.
Can I send any amount I want?
No. You must send the exact amount shown in your ticket using the exact currency and network shown by Escrowly.
Can I use an old wallet address from a previous deal?
No. Only use the wallet or invoice shown in your current active ticket.
When should the buyer release funds?
Only after the buyer has fully received, verified, and is satisfied with the product or service.
Can the seller be paid without buyer approval?
Yes, but only if staff intervenes based on the evidence and terms of service.
What if there is a problem with the trade?
Use the refund or dispute option in the funded ticket, or contact staff. Do not approve release while the issue is unresolved.
Are refunds automatic?
No. Refunds require staff review and approval unless staff explicitly states otherwise.
What is a dispute?
A dispute places the deal under staff review. Staff may request evidence and decide whether to release, refund, split, delay, or close the deal.
What proof should I keep?
Keep payment proof, delivery proof, screenshots, usernames, wallet details, and any evidence showing the agreed trade terms and outcome.
Can staff see my ticket?
Yes. Staff oversight is part of the escrow process for moderation, dispute handling, and transaction security.
Are transcripts saved?
Yes. Closed deals can have transcripts saved for security, evidence, and moderation review.
What if I sent funds to the wrong address or wrong network?
That is your responsibility. Always verify the wallet, currency, and network shown in the ticket before sending payment.
Can I trade anything through Escrowly?
No. Illegal, stolen, fraudulent, hacked, or prohibited items or services are not allowed and may result in cancellation, reporting, or bans.
What if someone DMs me pretending to be staff or the bot?
Ignore them. Only trust instructions shown inside the official escrow ticket and official server channels.
